Cherie’s Lumpiyang ginataang Mangga ( Spring roll coconut mango )


Serve 4


1)   10 spring roll wrapper

2)   2Tablespoon brown sugar

3)   3 ripe mangoes peeled and chopped

4)   1 cup coconut milk

5) egg to seal the end

6) 1 1/2 cup  Peanut oil for deep frying


1)   put 1  Tablespoon  mango in a wrapper roll up tucking in ends repeat many times until done

2)   Deep-fry until the skin slightly brown

3)   Combine coconut milk sugar in a pan stir until sugar has dissolve  Deep   the spring roll in the sauce. Enjoy
